1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FxRoy — including the forum, economic calendar, market rates, news section, private messaging, and any other features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FxRoy.
2 Eligibility
To create an account and participate in FxRoy, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age — forex trading and financial markets are not suitable for minors
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction
- Not be prohibited by law from using online trading community services
- Not have had a previous FxRoy account permanently banned for Terms violations
By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all of these eligibility requirements.
3 Your Account
When you create an account on FxRoy, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, truthful registration information
- Keeping your password secure and not sharing it with any third party
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you
- Notifying us immediately at contact@fxroy.com if you suspect unauthorised access
You may only hold one active account. Creating multiple accounts to evade moderation actions, inflate post counts, or manipulate platform features is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent banning of all associated accounts.
FxRoy accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to another person.
4 Community Conduct
FxRoy is a professional trading community. You agree to always interact with other members in a respectful and constructive manner. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited across all areas of the platform:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or personal attacks against any member
- Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting race, gender, religion, nationality, or sexual orientation
- Doxxing — sharing another member's personal or private information without consent
- Spamming, flooding threads, or posting repetitive low-quality content
- Impersonating another member, moderator, or public figure
- Posting obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit content
- Engaging in or promoting illegal activities of any kind
5 Forum Rules
The FxRoy forum is divided into topic categories covering trading strategies, technical analysis, fundamental analysis, brokers, and more. When posting in the forum, you agree to:
- Post in the correct category relevant to your topic
- Use clear, descriptive thread titles that accurately represent your content
- Back up trading claims with analysis, charts, or data — not just signals or opinions
- Not solicit other members for money, investments, or managed accounts
- Not post referral links, affiliate links, or promotional content without admin approval
- Not advertise signal services, account management, or paid groups unless you are an approved advertiser
- Use English as the primary language in main forum categories
- Not cross-post the same content across multiple categories
Unsolicited promotion of signal services, managed accounts, or investment schemes is a bannable offence. FxRoy does not verify the credentials, regulatory status, or performance claims of any member promoting financial services.
6 Financial Disclaimer
Important: FxRoy is an informational and community platform only. Nothing on this website — including forum posts, market data, economic calendar data, news articles, or any user-generated content — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading recommendations, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument.
Forex trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance of any trading strategy or system is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.

7 User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the content you post on FxRoy (threads, replies, news comments, messages). However, by posting content, you grant FxRoy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post and represent that:
- You own the content or have the right to share it
- Your content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
- Your content does not violate any applicable law or regulation
- Your content does not contain malware, harmful code, or deceptive links
FxRoy reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice. Publicly posted content (forum threads, replies) may be visible to search engines and external websites — you are responsible for what you share publicly.
8 Intellectual Property
All FxRoy platform assets — including the logo, brand name, design, layout, software, and proprietary content — are the intellectual property of FxRoy and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute FxRoy platform code, design, or branding
- You may not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from FxRoy without written permission
- Framing or embedding FxRoy content on other websites is prohibited without authorisation
- Third-party data (market rates, economic calendar) is subject to the licences of the respective providers
9 Privacy
Your use of FxRoy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal information.

10 Advertising
FxRoy may display advertisements from third-party advertisers and sponsors, including forex brokers, trading platforms, and financial tools. By using the platform, you acknowledge that:
- Advertisements are clearly labelled and distinct from editorial or community content
- FxRoy does not endorse any advertised product, broker, or service
- Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of their own content
- Clicking an advertisement may direct you to third-party websites governed by their own terms
- FxRoy is not liable for any losses arising from products or services advertised on the platform

11 Moderation & Enforcement
FxRoy maintains a team of moderators who monitor the platform for violations of these Terms and community guidelines. We reserve the right to take any of the following actions at our sole discretion:
- Issue a formal warning to any member
- Edit, move, or delete any post, thread, or comment
- Temporarily suspend an account (ranging from 24 hours to 30 days)
- Permanently ban an account from the platform
- Report illegal content or activity to relevant authorities
Moderation decisions are made by trained staff and are final. If you believe a moderation action was applied in error, you may appeal by emailing contact@fxroy.com with full details. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.
Attempting to circumvent a ban by creating new accounts, using VPNs to evade IP blocks, or re-registering under a different identity will result in permanent platform-wide exclusion.
12 Account Termination
By you: You may delete your account at any time from your account settings page. Upon deletion, your personal data will be purged within 30 days. Public forum posts will be anonymised and attributed to "Deleted User" to preserve thread integrity.
By FxRoy: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account — with or without notice — for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, prolonged inactivity, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination of your account for any reason:
- Your right to access the platform ceases immediately
- Your private messages are deleted
- Your public content may remain on the platform in anonymised form
- Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination (such as liability limitations and IP rights) remain in force
13 Limitation of Liability
FxRoy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FxRoy and its operators, employees, and moderators shall not be liable for:
- Any trading losses, financial damages, or investment decisions made based on content found on the platform
- Interruptions, downtime, data loss, or errors in the platform
- Actions or content posted by other community members
- Inaccuracies in market data, economic calendar data, or news content
- Damages arising from unauthorised access to your account
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
14 Changes to These Terms
FxRoy may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes we will:
- Update the "Effective" date shown at the top of this page
- Post a notice on the forum homepage for significant changes
- Email registered members for changes that materially affect their rights
Your continued use of FxRoy after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account deletion.
